I’m really enjoying my summer style at the moment, as I’m sure you can tell from my post on sandals last week!
Over the next few weeks, I’m bringing you the latest haul of reasonably-priced dresses you can throw on over your bedhead and wear all day (and night!).
This week is centered around my favourite classical white sundresses; they look great in any weather and on any skin tone.
I’ve tried to stay away from too many cold shoulder dresses as the market is flooded with them, but this little cutie was just too good to resist! The plunging V edges the outfit out a little.
This one actually has a skort underneath- perfect for those unpredictably windy days.
Poplin skort dress (£30)
High-necked but simple, this can be dressed up for a wedding or down for a day at the beach. At £85, you’re paying for versatility.
Puritan midi dress (£85)
Cute exposed crochet patterns and a thigh-high hemline make this mini a date-night surety.
Crochet dress (£40)
Gorgeous as this is, it could err on the side of wedding-ey, so pair with straw accessories or brights to neutralise.
Crochet maxi (£35)
Monki pulls it out of the bag again with see-through pockets. Adorable.
Monki sheer pocket dress (£40),
Throw this on over our bikini for a pool-side coverup as you head to lunch.
Fringe dress (£54),
Dressing to impress can become difficult in the summer, when tight clothing feels restrictive. Cool down in this flowing piece from NastyGal.
Plunge dress (£41)
Everyday white denim from ASOS balanced with a raw edge hem for style.
Denim dress (£35)
Expect more soon, including my favourite stripes for S/S16.
Until next time,
